Vegan recipe: Dalh

Lentil soup with coconut milk. We are pleased to share our most popular dish from the Kerasy room service. This delicious vegetarian meal is suitable to each ayurvedic body and mind type.

Ingredients for 4:

  • 200 grammes red lentils
  • 1/2 oignon
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 7-8 curry leaves
  • ¼ fresh lemongrass
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cinnamom stick
  • 1 tbs veg. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. curcuma
  • pepper
  • ½ stock powder cube
  • 500 ml coco milk
  • fresh coriander
  • salt

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Wash the lentils 2 times in cold water Put all the following ingredients in a pan: lentils, oignon, garlic, stock podwer, tomato, curcuma, pepper, lemongrass, curry leaves Cover with cold water and boil during 8 minutes with a cove.

Add coco milk and cook 6 minutes with a cover.

Salt.

Tast the cooking and serve with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve with popadums, chapatis or basmati rice
