Arrival time and location

We advise you to arrive at the hotel reception 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to relax, have a drink and determine your aurvedic body-mind type (dosha). 
Hotel clients are invited to come dressed in the bathrobe and slippers available in their room, and to leave valuables in the room safe.
Late arrival will result in the treatment time being shortened.

Spa treatments

The treatments have been designed to meet your expectations and suit your dosha (a specially-designed face treatment, an Ayurvedic massage, a body wrap or a Kerasy special treatment ceremony, treatments designed specifically for men). All treatments include the use of the whole of the private spa’s facilities: changing room, Indian steam bath, experience shower, exfoliation table, treatment room, relaxation area, herbal teas and the shop.

Reservations

Choose the length of time you would like to spend at the spa, then call reception on +33 (0) 297 683 683. For hotel clients, please dial 100 on the telephone in your room. Allow at least 1h30 to make the most of the private spa’s facilities. On arrival, the therapist will determine the best treatment plan for you, according to your Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) and your requirements.
All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.

Spa etiquette

As the spa is a place of tranquillity and relaxation, we request that you turn off your mobile phone. Smoking is not permitted in the spa. Towels, slippers, shower caps and all necessary accessories are available for your use in the spa. The Kerasy spa is open to those aged 16 and over.

Health conditions

Please inform us when you make your reservation of any medical condition, allergy, high blood pressure or surgery which could affect your treatment. We recommend that you refrain from drinking alcohol before, during and immediately after your treatment.

Cancellation conditions

No cancellation charge is due for an appointment cancelled with 24 hours notice.
Treatments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be invoiced in full.
