Spa etiquette
As the spa is a place of tranquillity and relaxation, we request
that you turn off your mobile phone. Smoking is not permitted
in the spa. Towels, slippers, shower caps and all necessary
accessories are available for your use in the spa. The Kerasy
spa is open to those aged 16 and over.
Health conditions
Please inform us when you make your reservation of any medical
condition, allergy, high blood pressure or surgery which could
affect your treatment. We recommend that you refrain from
drinking alcohol before, during and immediately after your
treatment.
Cancellation conditions
No cancellation charge is due for an appointment cancelled
with 12 hours notice.
Treatments cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment
time will be invoiced in full.

Spa at home
Continue your spa regime at home. The Sundari products used
during your treatment are available from the shop.
